Preserve your Board:
After use: clean with soap and water then dry board. Be sure Board is completely dry before storing away. Use food safe Mineral oil or our Homemade wood butter. Apply wood butter or food safe Mineral oil to board as needed to prevent Board from drying.
Once a Season:
Place a teaspoon of Kosher salt on your board, Spread it around with a Lemon. Scrub it well. The lemon and salt act as an anti-bacterial and help get rid of any Bacteria that may be lingering from the more frequent cleanings. Rinse Board and dry well. then coat board with Food safe Mineral oil or wood Butter.
